Our company choose to exhibit at Floors Expo instead of The National Floor Show at Harrogate because we meet new customers here, I find Harrogate to be full of the same faces and where it is good for meeting with existing customers we do not come across new business.

I think it’s exciting for NICF and FITA to be given the opportunity to help to raise installation standards in Ireland and it has become clear that the winners of the awards are delighted for the appreciation for the quality of service and products they offer their customers. The establishment of the awards has proven that the trade do care about installers and we are also delighted that FAS are also committed to improving the quality of fitters.

The award we received is a great honour and achievement, it is good that the hard work we’ve put in over the years has been recognised. We are also going to be involved with the NICF training. I qualified as an NICK master fitter and won the Irish heat at the regional competition.

Novostrat came to the show to launch a new product and we are delighted to have received an award from the Irish Flooring Industry for the Best Underlay. We are also extremely pleased with the quality of visitors to the show and the amount of new customers we have secured.

The show has been a success and it’s good to see the number of both visitors and exhibitors grow, we are delighted to receive recognition for the quality of our products. The show gives us the opportunity to launch Laybond to the Irish market and it is our only outlet to Irish customers.

HTC has had a strong start to the show with good quality visitors, we have seen an increase in customers to the stand from last year, indicating a rise in the number through the show’s doors.
Our enquiries have been 95% new customers who we have had no contact with before. I find the Irish flooring contractors open to new ideas, products and flooring solutions, specifically grinding and polishing of floors (ie: concrete, natural stones).
We are delighted to receive the award for Best Industrial Machine which was voted for by our customers and the visiting public.
